plays the father in some shots, as the two look remarkably alike. Throughout the first season, Dexter is seen with a large scar on his left side. Later, during the second season, the scar moved to the right side while the left side remained intact.

True to Jeff Lindsay’s books
Absolutely brilliant. The visual contrast between the darkness of Dexter’s secret life and the glitz of Miami gives the whole thing an almost surreal quality. The character development is on point, the background is slowly teased so you can see the evolution of Dexter’s sociopathic personality and the confusion of his human behavior compared to his own.
The fact that he is an expert in blood spatter
Dexter is the actor of his life; his relationships with colleagues and personal life are well represented in video media. It’s a dark production, but the setting in the strange world of Miami life is almost unbelievable. The creators of this series should also read Andrew Vachss books.
